Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Hepeo handles information when you use the iOS app. The app is designed for offline gameplay and does not require an account.
Information Stored on Your Device
Game progress, unlocked levels, scores, preferences, and accessibility choices are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this information.
Information We Do Not Collect
Hepeo does not include advertising, analytics, account registration, or in-app purchases. It does not ask for contacts, photos, precise location, microphone access, camera access, or other sensitive device permissions.
Legal Pages and Platform Services
When you choose a legal link in the app, the app may attempt to load that page over HTTPS. Apple may separately process App Store downloads, crash reports, or diagnostics under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive a personal profile from those platform services.
Retention and Your Choices
Local records remain on your device until you reset progress in the app, clear app data, or delete the app. You control those records through the settings available on your device.
Security
Because gameplay records remain local, their protection depends in part on your device security and iOS safeguards. No method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Hepeo is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
